Favorite Kids Min Memory: She got to preach with a monkey on her shoulder after VBS and leading a virtual life group during covid with her best friend Tawny!

Fun Fact: She once sang live on the radio for a contest!

Favorite Kid Min Memory: Doing a slip-n-slide in Ice Cream for a Kids Ministry YouTube video!

Fun Fact: She has lived in 5 different states!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: She loves every time when we get to watch the kids worship! VBS is a highlight but it is always awesome to see the kids raising their hands in worship!

Fun Fact: I check the weather every day and then dress accordingly 🙂

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Every kid in my small group knew one another by name (because they were consistent)! They always asked about any kid that was not there and we would send them videos saying we missed them! They were such a close group of kids!

Fun Fact: She is really bad at Minecraft!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Kids Ministry team members praying for her when she went through a hard time AND getting to host announcements with Clayton!

Fun Fact: She is a mom of twins and was born in New Jersey!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Getting to do ministry with her daughter for 5 years!

Fun Fact: He is trying to visit every national park in California. He has visited about 1/3 of them!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Getting to know each kid, hear their story, and build relationships with entire families

Fun Fact: She plays pickleball and snow skis!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: After her first experience serving in Kids Ministry, she was so filled up and left feeling beyond blessed!

Fun Fact: She is a Special Education Teacher!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: When she is teaching 2-year-olds about the Bible and the answer to every question she asks is a loud resounding ‘Jesus!’ At that point she knows that the most important message is being felt.

Fun fact: She is a twin and she is married to a twin!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: She has been out at the store and kids from Sunday Kids Ministry see her and yell out for her! Then she gets to interact with the kids and their parents. It always brings her great joy!

Fun Fact: She is very shy and loves to read!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: She was nervous about coming back from Covid, but one of the kids from last year was so happy to see her! He told her that she is one of his favorite leaders!

Fun fact: He has a “no shoe” policy in his house! People always make fun of him for it!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: He started serving in Kids Ministry because he wanted to spend more time with his daughter! He now serves with her every Sunday!

Fun fact: She has been fishing since she could hold a fishing pole, which was at the age of 3!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: She loves seeing the progression of kids! They are usually nervous at first and over time, they get more comfortable and get so excited to come back to church!

Fun Fact: She taught herself how to play the ukulele and guitar

Favorite Kids Min Memory: At the service after Christmas a little girl ran up to her and was so excited to tell her what she got for Christmas and how her holiday was!

Fun fact: She has two dogs and a cat!

Fun Fact: Worked at Hume Lake Christian Camp guiding students through ropes courses!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Connecting with a student in 2nd grade and has been her leader for two years! She has loved watching her grow so much in her faith over the years.

Fun Fact: Loves skydiving!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: He also serves in JHM. He loves seeing the transformation of kids from Kids Ministry into Junior High Ministry.

Favorite Kids Min Memory: His first year at winter camp, leading a group of 3rd grade boys!

Fun Fact: She is terrified of cats (and most animals with teeth)!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Winter Camp! Having a cabin full of 4^th/5^th grade girls for an entire weekend is one of the most amazing and rewarding things she’s done! Go team BLUE!!!!

Fun Fact: He has been a basketball coach for 14 years and he loves to surf!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Having deep, heart-to-heart conversations with the 5th grade boys he leads! Also, VBS water battles on the field!

Fun Fact: Her pinky fingers are bent like hooks! When she was in the womb, her finger tendon didn’t fully grow and snapped!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Watching the kids grow closer to God! It is a huge blessing to her!

Fun Fact: She is an animal lover!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: A few years ago, she was feeling uncertain if she was making a difference with the kids. That Sunday morning, a little girl came up to her and said “It’s so nice to see a familiar face!”

Fun Fact: He has “kicked it” in Michael Jackson’s car!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Team members laying hands and praying for his back to heal! Since then, he has had healing of his back!

Fun Fact: She is from Transylvania!!

Fun Fact: She is left handed but can throw a perfect spiral football with her right!

Fun Fact: He has done Kids Ministry on 3 different continents! And his wife and him met serving in a Kids Ministry!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Being with the elementary kids being crazy, doing the hand motions, and singing!

Fun Fact: She is an artist! She paints and sketches in her free time!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Attending the Operations team training! She was able to attend with her sister and really felt connected to the entire team and it felt like one big family!

Fun Fact: He has served at Royal Family Kids Camp for 6 years!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Every year at VBS is his favorite Kids Ministry memory!

Fun Fact: He is a raiders fan!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: There is a little boy who is now a 4th grader that Ernest helped when he was brand new to Crossroads! It has been so cool to see how he has grown so much.

Fun Fact: She loves the ocean so much! She even participated in a ‘Polar Bear Plunge,’ and won the last to get out of the water!

Favorite Kids Min Memory: Connecting with the kids at Spanish Ministry though check-in. She loves helping make check-in easy and accessible for the spanish congregation!
