Where We Are Now
We have two Co-Senior Pastors, Chuck Booher and Craig Olson. Pastor Chuck Booher has been our Senior Pastor since 2007 and has announced a transition of leadership to Pastor Craig Olson as the Senior Pastor come January 2029. Today, both Pastors Chuck and Craig lead our church as Co-Senior Pastors and share a deep love for teaching God’s Word and caring for His people.

Statement of Faith
We believe the world is desperate for truth that only comes from Jesus. We’re committed to reaching people in relevant ways, but we’re immovable when it comes to our obedience to Christ.
We believe in God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit and that they are distinct personalities with distinct roles, but one God. And that One God is the Creator of the universe.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Savior, the Son of God who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on a cross, and was raised from the grave. He will return as our victorious Lord.

We believe our salvation comes only through Jesus Christ and cannot be earned. It is a gift of God.

We believe faith in Jesus requires repentance, confession of that faith before witnesses, and obedience to His Word. Baptism by immersion demonstrates our faith and obedience while it depicts our union with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.

We believe everyone who accepts Christ has the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit who acts as a Comforter, Guide, and Advocate.

We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God in its entirety and that it does not contradict itself. It is our guide.

We believe the church, as the body of Christ, is the extension of Jesus Christ’s character, attitude, behavior, and mission in our world today.

We believe that humility in prayer is the foundation for all we do and that celebrating communion together weekly is beneficial for all Christians.

We believe man was created in the image of God and that He gives gifts to both men and women through the Holy Spirit for the benefit of the church’s ministry.

We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male and female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. (Gen 1:26-27.) Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person.

We believe marriage has been established by God. This church defines “marriage” as the exclusive covenantal union of one man and one woman in which such union is a lifetime commitment. A civil government’s sanction of a union will be recognized as a legitimate marriage by the church only to the extent that it is consistent with the definition of “marriage” found in these Articles.

Chuck Booher
Pastor Chuck is married to Pam and they are passionate about Jesus, their marriage, and their 5 grandchildren! During any given service at Crossroads, you’re sure to pick up on his knowledge of and energy to preach the whole of scripture and to invite people to take a next step of commitment to Jesus. Pastor Chuck will transition from being a Co-Senior Pastor at the end of 2028, and beyond then, he and Pam plan to continue attending and serving at Crossroads as their home church.

Craig Olson
Pastor Craig has been in vocational ministry since 2012, but active in ministry for 20 years. He received his BA in Business Administration and was working as an accountant when he discovered God was calling him to work with the next generation. God directed Pastor Craig into full-time ministry as a Youth Pastor, first at New Venture Church in Oceanside, then at Crossroads Church in Corona, then at Bayside Church in Folsom. He worked with the next generation until 2021 when God brought Craig back to Crossroads as a full-time Teaching Pastor.
Craig and his wife, Christina, have been married for 16 years and have two kids together, Camdyn and Cade. One of Craig’s ministry passions is seeing people have their light bulb moment, when they realize what their next step is on their faith journey.
Craig will become the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Church in January 2029!
